We came to celebrate my best friend's dad's birthday. It was fun, and I understand it was busy,it took a while for them to take our order & drinks went a while without being checked on on. During the bands break I paid for a song to be played via the jukebox which ended up being paused & never turned back on even when the live band was done. Not the best place to have a conversation, but fun over all

The staff was incredible, so super friendly, place was clean, warm, welcoming, I highly recommend. Chicken fried steak was bland, but the fast friendly service made up for it. 9/10 will come again.

Good food and cool people. Not fine dining by any means but real good food and very friendly staff. There's live music every Friday and karaoke once a week I think on Wednesdays. Breakfast is available everyday till 11ish and breakfast there is one of the best in the harbor.

This place is great . We had a wonderful time singing karaoke and having some drinks. One of our party guest had a hamburger with French fries that looked really delicious. They've got some great outstanding sports decor All over the bar and restaurant. I truly enjoyed the karaoke DJs. The karaoke DJs were fun and seem to truly like their DJing.

I was there for a late lunch. The food was extremely good for your typical grill fair. I ordered a tea and Reuben sandwich with tater tots. Everything was cooked quite well. The server was friendly and polite. She was possibly a little slower than I would have preferred, but it wasn't a total detraction. I thought the atmosphere was good for a bar and grill. However, I went on a Saturday afternoon and all of the TVs in the place were on basketball games. There are other sports this time of year. It was also during the Navy/Army football game and I would have thought being in a military town that would have been on. All in all, I would most certainly return. It was nice for a casual Saturday afternoon date.

I got the fish and chips and my boyfriend got the chicken fried steak. The fish and chips were very good, I can tell they are definitely hand battered on site. The sauce was also especially good compared to other places I’ve been. My boyfriend rated his steak 7.8 out of ten. I tried it too, for bar food, it’s definitely good quality. We came at 9:20 on a Sunday, mind you. The waitress was also super attentive and sweet. The drinks were average, what you would expect from a bar without a drink menu, on the better side of that. All in all, a nice spot to stop in! Atmosphere is good too, clean space, 10/10 in that regard!

I come here for breakfast in the mornings on my way to work. I used to go to a coffee shop that had decent breakfast sandos. The Float has better breakfast sandos for the same price, a warm room, a comfortable seat, human service, AND good coffee. Also, the atmosphere is more raw, honest, and genuine than what I find in coffee shops.
